Jon Derkits
Managing Partner

Jon Derkits is a former Amazon marketplace executive, current 8-figure Amazon seller, and Partner at The Master Agency, where he provides full-funnel digital marketing solutions for high growth brands. In addition, Jon authors the widely popular Best@Amazon newsletter, a weekly newsletter for the Top 1% of Amazon Sellers.

Jon started his career in M&A advisory with KPMG, spending 9 years serving Fortune 1000 companies, before joining Amazon, where he served as Head of 3P Marketplace for Consumer Electronics on Amazon Canada and worked directly with the top 1% of third-party Consumer Electronics sellers. Reflecting on his time at Amazon, his signature accomplishments were growing his P&L from $500 million to $1.5 billion, inventing the Seller Andon Cord, and once making Jeff Wilke laugh in an elevator.

Jon holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Master of Science degree in Quantitative Finance from the University of London.​
Josh Levine
Managing Partner
With over 25 years of experience in business development in various industries including entertainment, technology and manufacturing, Josh has made strategic marketing, sales and development the cornerstone of his career by helping ideas reach their full potential. From his experience working with the likes of Microsoft and the Walt Disney Company to his time as an executive at several startups, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into strategies and best practices in the world of enterprise eCommerce.

Prior to co-founding Color More Lines, Josh was the Global Partner Executive for Amazon Web Services at DXC. His team became an AWS Global Premier Consulting Partner by growing the AWS global pipeline to nine figures in one year and closing the first eight and nine figure enterprise transactions together with AWS.

Josh holds an MBA in Information Technology and Marketing from the University of California, Irvine and a BA in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Madeline Masterson
Managing Partner
Madeline Masterson is originally from Bellevue, Washington, she graduated with an international baccalaureate from Saint Leonard's Private College in Melbourne, Australia, where she garnered awards for General Excellence. Following this, she obtained her BA degree from Western Washington University.
During Madeline's tenure at Amazon, she worked within the Transactional Risk Management Systems Department, on the marketplace abuse team, collaborating closely with the Legal team to combat counterfeit activities and develop policies. She transitioned to the STEALTH team, where she addressed and analyzed rare cases of abuse through collaborative efforts across departments.
Following her tenure at Amazon, Madeline ventured into the private sector in Southern California before founding The Master Agency in 2020, leveraging her extensive expertise to provide strategic guidance to clients in the e-commerce sphere. Additionally, Madeline's entrepreneurial endeavors include her experience as an Amazon seller and her involvement in building and selling internal house brands.
Her professional accomplishments include recognition as one of the top 20 Most Inspiring Women leaders by Women Leaders Magazine in 2022 and a feature in CIO Media Magazine as a trailblazer in leadership and business success in 2023.

Jessica Steele

Jessica Steele has been selling and helping businesses since Amazon started over 14 years ago. She thrives on process solutions and team building. Recruited to the General Electric Corporate Leadership program as a Nuclear Field Engineer, she later helped manage business development projects as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. As an early Amazon FBA seller, she developed user friendly systems to automate and leverage her own Amazon business through Retail Arbitrage, Wholesale, Liquidation and Private label accounts. That broad experience and background has proven invaluable to many brands and served as strategic guideposts for new product launches. Jessica was a beta tester for Jet.com and has forged relationships with leaders of several other ecommerce sites like Groupon, eBay, and Walmart as well as in physical retail. Jessica has spoken at several Amazon mastermind events worldwide and has written two Advanced Amazon content courses.
